HANGZHOU, June 16 -- Chinese e-commerce firm Alibaba submitted an updated initial public offering prospectus to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Monday (Beijing time).
The updated filing revealed the members of its partnership, future members of the board of directors and the company's financial situation in the first quarter of this year.
Alibaba filed an initial public offering document to the U.S. SEC on May 7.
