BEIJING, Sept. 2 -- Nine companies in east China's Shandong Province will recall batches of children's products after failing to meet inspection.
The recall involves a total of 15,986 children's products, including baby carriages, said a statement on the website of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
The statement did not specify the dates when the recalls will be initiated and detailed recall information has yet to be announced by the toy makers and dealers involved.
The statement said defects in plasticizer content, endurance, warning signs, wheels intensity, packagings were among the reasons for the recall.
