KUALA LUMPUR, June 12 -- China’s Xiamen University chorus will hold a exchanged performance in Malaysia, said Su Li, the dean of its art school lately.
The chorus will play to celebrate the 40th anniversary of China-Malaysia diplomatic relation and also to mark the beginning of the building of the Xiamen University Malaysia campus. Su Li said.
The performance will include classic symphonic epic: “Yellow River Cantata”,“Ode to RedFlag”,“Ode to Peace”.
Su said he hopes to set up an art school to train more music talents on the Malaysian campus.
The chorus performance will run onJune 23 and 24 June in the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas.
