LONDON, June 18 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met here Tuesday with British Foreign Secretary William Hague and the two vowed to further deepen bilateral relations.
Meeting on the sidelines of Premier Li Keqiang's ongoing official visit to Britain, Wang and Hague exchanged views on the China-Britain relationship and global and regional hot-button issues.
They pledged concerted efforts to properly implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, enrich the China-Britain partnership and promote the development of China-Europe ties on the basis of mutual respect and equality.
