According to Pu'er Daily, a delegation of 25 people from the Sri Lankan Tea Association recently paid a visit to Pu'er City with the aim of investigating the development of the tea industry there.
The delegation successively visited a number of research institutes and businesses, including Pu'er Tea Research Institute, the Tea Machinery Factory of Pu'er City, and Tasly Holding Group Co., Ltd. , where it engaged in in-depth exchanges of views on the possibility of collaboration between Sri Lanka and Pu'er City in such respects as tea research results, tea product processing, tea production machinery technology and products, tea seedling selection, soil amelioration, fertilizer, and pesticide management technology.
