HANGZHOU, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- A woman died and six other people were injured in a home explosion in east China's Zhejiang Province Monday, police said.
The blast happened at 11:30 a.m. in a rural home in Panshi Township of Yueqing City, the local public security said in a press release.
A two-story structure was reduced to rubble after the explosion. Rescuers pulled seven people from the ruins, including four children and three adults. One of the adults, a woman, was confirmed dead, the document said.
The cause of the explosion is still under investigation.
