Russia to launch 70 Proton rockets by 2020: officialBEIJING, Nov. 3 -- China's Education Ministry announced Monday that it planned to collate the "credibility records" of all college students.
Colleges will record any untoward behavior undergraduate and graduate students exhibit in their academic, financial and job-seeking activities, a ministry statement said.
Bad credibility includes cheating in exams, plagiarism and failure to repay student loans. This is part of an ongoing campaign to promote moral conduct on campus.
Colleges have been urged to ensure that students who run into credibility problems are dealt with accordingly.
However, the statement did not include an exact timetable, elaborate on what would happen to the records or who would have access to them.
