MADRID, Dec. 1-- Two Spanish fishermen were reported missing on Monday after their boat sank in heavy weather off the coast of France.
The fishing boat carrying a crew of six is reported to have sunk around 56 km north of San Sebastian on Saturday night.
Four of the crew were rescued by another fishing boat which was in the area and taken to Santona in the Spanish region of Cantabria, where they are reported to be "in good shape."
Efforts to find the remaining two crew members are ongoing with an intensive search and rescue operation involving Spanish and French navy vessels, aircraft and helicopters underway.
