
SEYNE-LES-ALPES, France, March 25 -- The outer shell of the second black box of the crashed Germanwings aircraft was found, but no sign of the black box, said French President Francois Hollande during a joint press conference with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, held Wednesday in Seyne-les-Alpes, near the crash site in southern France.
