
BEIJING, March 27-- The People's Procuratorate of Heilongjiang Province has decided to arrest Sun Yanbin, former Party chief of the Northeast Petroleum University, on charges of bribery.
Sun was suspected of "accepting bribes by taking advantage of his influence," the Supreme People's Procuratorate said in a statement Friday.
The investigation is well underway.
