
BEIJING, April 1 -- Zhong Shijian, deputy secretary of the Guangdong provincial discipline inspection commission, has been put under investigation for suspected "serious violations of discipline and law", China's top anti-graft body announced on its website Wednesday.
Zhong is also head of Guangdong supervision department and director of the provincial corruption prevention bureau, according to a statement by the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
