
PANAMA CITY, April 9 -- The U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez held a meeting here on Thursday, one day before the seventh Summit of the Americas.
This was the highest-level meeting between the two countries since the United States and Cuba broke off diplomatic ties over half a century ago.
