
KUNMING, April 29 -- Twelve workers that were trapped after a road tunnel collapsed in southwest China's Yunnan Province have been rescued, local authorities said on Wednesday.
The incident occurred around 2:10 p.m. on a highway in Jinning County, Kunming City.
All those trapped were rescued by 6 p.m. and were sent to hospital.
Investigation into the incident is underway.
