BEIJING, May 11 -- The State Council, China's Cabinet, has demanded implementation of tax preference measures ahead of the scheduled deadline, according to a notice issued by the central government.
The notice stressed carrying out all the established taxation policies before the deadline or during a interim period set by local government.
Tax preference in signed contracts between tax authorities and enterprises will remain valid.
Meanwhile, all the new measures involving tax revenue shall be approved by the State Council before coming into effect, unless they are within special items regulated by laws, the notice said.
