China is to give two giant pandas to the Netherlands. The announcement was made by Chinese President Xi Jinping during his meeting with the King of the Netherlands on October 26, 2015 in Beijing, capital of China.

King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands and his wife Queen Maxima are currently on a state visit to China. The fluffy ambassadors of friendship are well beloved by the three little princesses of the Netherlands. President Xi Jinping hopes that people in the Netherlands will love the pandas as the princesses do.
