XI'AN, Nov. 24 -- Fire broke out after a tank exploded at a refinery in the suburb of Xianyang City, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, on Tuesday afternoon, the provincial fire brigade said.
Firefighters are trying to put out the fire, which started at around 4 p.m.. Casualties are unknown.
