
BEIJING, Dec. 7 -- A special envoy of Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the Argentine president hand-over ceremony in Buenos Aires on Dec. 10.
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told a regular press briefing on Monday that Ji Bingxuan, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC), will attend the ceremony at the invitation of the Argentine government.
