HARBIN, Dec. 15 -- Four people were killed and another ten injured in a road accident Tuesday morning in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, local police said.
Around 7:50 a.m. a tourist bus rolled over on a highway in Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Traffic Police Department confirmed.
An investigation is underway.
