
According to our correspondents Jiang Zhaojun and Mei Guanhua, on December 3, 2015, the Management Committee of Xi'an High-Tech Industries Development Zone and Shaanxi Semiconductor Industry Association jointly held the "Seminar on the Development of Shaanxi Province's Smart Terminal Industrial Chain" at ZTE Hotel.
Among those who attended the seminar were representatives from more than 20 relevant businesses and higher education institutions, including Intel Corporation, Shandong Huaxin Semiconductor Company, Xi'an Aerospace Huaxun Technology Co., Ltd., ZTE Corporation, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., Wingtech Group Limited, Xidian University, and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
At the seminar, the distinguished guests held discussions around such topics as trends in the smart terminal industry and related technology as well as how to achieve synergy by enhancing the cooperation within the industry. Representatives from Intel Corporation, Huaqin Communications headquartered in Xi'an, Gemtek, and ZTE Corporation, and Professor Lu Chaoyang of Xidian University delivered keynote speeches on topics like chip design, mobile phone schemes, communications terminals, and technology application cases. The atmosphere was hot and lively and the representatives from the businesses and universities expressed and exchanged their ideas freely, offering valuable suggestions to relevant government authorities.
