BEIJING, March 2 -- China's top political advisory body will help facilitate a better environment for private enterprises, said spokesman Wang Guoqing Wednesday.
Wang made the remarks at a Wednesday press conference ahead of the fourth session of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), which opens Thursday.
Wang said leading private entrepreurs are among the CPPCC members, and the private enterprises' conditions are a frequent subject within the CPPCC.
In a November meeting, CPPCC members concluded that the top advisory body will help connect private enterprises with China's national development plans to have them included in industrial upgrades, said Wang.
The CPPCC will also establish a platform for private enterprises, through which to form a favorable environment that conforms to rule of law.
