New analysis is suggesting new home prices in China have been on the rise through in February.
Stats from the China Index Academy suggest average new home prices are up by 0.6 percent on a monthly basis to around 11-thousand yuan per square meter.
This would follow 0.4 percent gain in average prices seen in January.
The Index Academy says prices are up in over 60 cities among the 100 it tracks nationwide.
The city of Zhongshan in Guangdong saw the largest monthly rise of 5.6 percent.
The Chinese government rolled out new measures last month to try to stimulate the housing market by further cutting the down payments ratios and lowering transaction taxes for home buyers.
