
SYDNEY, May. 23(People’s Daily Online)-- The China-Australia Agribusiness SME Trade and Investment Conference was held in Sydney on May 23. The conference attracted more than 250 enterprises to attend. Several cooperation agreements were also signed during the conference.

Cai Wei, Minister of Embassy of People’s Republic of China to Australia said that over the years, China has become Australia’s biggest trading partner, the biggest export market, the biggest importer, the biggest trade surplus with the countries of origin, the biggest agricultural export market, the biggest service trading destination, the biggest annual investment resources, the biggest tourism income resources, the biggest immigration resources, and also the biggest foreign students resources. This conference represents the positive portrayal of bilateral relations, which encourages both countries to complement and leverage on their advantage and to deepen and strengthen our close ties.
