XIAMEN, June 12 - Top political advisor Yu Zhengshengattended the opening ceremony of the eighth Straits Forum held in Xiamen on Sunday, and delivered a speech.
Yu, chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said the mainland has attached great importance to proposals of Taiwan compatriots for easier traveling-around on the mainland, and it will put forward implementation measures as soon as possible.
