On August 1st, the 1st “Tea King Cup” Whipping Top Competition brought to a successful close. After six days of fierce competition, Zhou Guangrong from Simao District and Li Shihui from Jinggu County stood out from 563 competitors, winning male and female champions in the 1st National “Tea King Cup ” Whipping Top competition.
During the Torch Festival of Yi nationality in 2016, Zhenyuan Yi, Hani and Lahu Autonomous County in Pu’er City held a National “Tea King Cup” Whipping Top Competition, and the whipping top competition became a featured program during the Torch Festival.
