BEIJING -- Huang Xingguo, mayor of north China's Tianjin Municipality, is being investigated for suspected "serious disciplinary violations," the Communist Party of China Central Commission for Discipline Inspection said on Saturday.
Huang is also the acting Party chief of the city.
