State Councilor Yang Jiechi will attend the sixth meeting of BRICS senior representatives on security issues in New Delhi, India, on Thursday at the invitation of India's National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying said at a press conference Wednesday.
The BRICS nations are Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.
