A man from Hangzhou, Zhejiang province plans to hold a flower exhibition at which more than 800 chrysanthemums will be on display. With investment of more than 2 million RMB, the exhibition will present a visual feast for visitors.
The man, named Shen Chifan, started cultivating flowers as a child. He has always wanted to be in the gardening business due to his affection for flowers.
"Though I previously operated an aquarium, I ultimately chose cultivation as my career," Shen confirmed. Since establishing his garden in 2003, he has expanded his business significantly. Shen is a recognized expert when it comes to landscape design, having won a number of horticultural awards.

The upcoming exhibition will be mainly organized by Shen. Utilizing country houses, vintage thatched cottages and brick doors, the exhibition will convey a sense of poetic beauty.
