
URUMQI, March 29 (Xinhua) -- Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region plans to bring in more talent from home and abroad over the next few years, the regional department of human resources and social security announced Wednesday.
In the next three years, Xinjiang will attract 100 innovative personnel and entrepreneurs from overseas, while bringing in 600 high-level staff in the technology and science sectors over four years.
By 2020, Xinjiang will recruit more than 10,000 personnel for the grassroots level in various fields, including management and technical professionals.
To ensure top talent, Xinjiang will offer high salaries, research funds and a series of preferential policies.
