The General Office of the State Council has recently printed and issued the Notification on Praising and Encouraging the Places Implementing Major Policy Measures Practically and Effectively in 2016, praising and encouraging Xiangyang for the remarkable effects of PPP model popularization and the high degree of social capital participation.
PPP investment and financing model reform is a key task of Xiangyang's efforts to comprehensively deepen reforms. To date, 43 projects in Xiangyang have been included in the project reserve library of the PPP integrated information platform of the Ministry of Finance.
