

More than 10,000 tourists flocked the glass bridge at Tianlongchi scenic area in Pingdingshan, Henan province on June 11 to experience the excitement of walking across the elevated structure. Many more tourists came that day than usual, as admission was being offered for free. The bridge, spanning 216 meters and situated 96 meters in the air, can bear up to 3,000 kilograms per square meter.
