On August 31, the Signing Ceremony of the MOU between the Xi'an Municipal People's Government and the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) & Inaugural Ceremony of CCPIT (Shaanxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone (SXFTZ) Service Center were held in Xi'an Hi-tech Industries Development Zone (XDZ).

Li Yi, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Xi'an Municipal Committee, Secretary of the CPC Xincheng District Committee, Secretary of the Party Work Committee of XDZ and Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Xi'an National Civil Aerospace Industrial Base inaugurated CCPIC SXFTZ Service Center along with Lu Pengqi and other leaders.
