

The market size of China’s gaming industry is to reach $27.5 billion this year, leading the world for three consecutive years, according to a white paper released on Nov. 30, China News reported.
The market size of the global gaming industry is to hit $108.9 billion in 2017, and China’s gaming industry will continue to lead the world with a market size of $27.5 billion.
The white paper pointed out that, with growing popularity of China’s mobile games among people in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia, the revenue created by the games has seen a gradual increase in the Southeast Asian market since 2015.
Moreover, game developers should make appropriate adjustments in game design for users in countries and regions with slow or poor internet connections to offer them a better experience, the white paper stressed.
