

China’s auto sales volume hit 28.88 million in 2017, topping the world for nine consecutive years, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM).
Statistics show that China’s auto sales volume reached 28.88 million last year, up 3 percent on a year-on-year basis and topping the world for nine consecutive years.
MOFCOM says that the sales volume of China’s new energy vehicles grew 53.3 percent last year due to optimized consumption structure of China’s automobile market.
In addition, used car trade volume in China is estimated to exceed 12 million in 2017, up about 20 percent compared with 2016.
