At 8:45 AM August 14 BJT, Chang Canal (Baiqi Canal) in Xiangyang, Hubei Province was included in the list of Heritage Irrigation Structures (HIS) at the 69th meeting of the International Executive Council of the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage in Saskatoon, Canada.
Dujiang Weir, Ling Canal and Jiangxi Weir were also included in the list.
