
The Palace Museum on Sunday unveiled an art center in the city of Fuzhou, capital city of southeast China's Fujian Province.

Apart from holding regular culture and art seminars, the center will also bring exhibit the museum's cultural and creative products and publications.
"The Palace Museum has been exploring long-lasting methods to spread culture," said Shan Jixiang, director of the Palace Museum. "Art centers have a positive effect on the integration of culture and people's daily life."
"The long history of Fuzhou and its cultural atmosphere fit the Palace Museum well."
Since 2015, the Palace Museum has set up six art centers in cities including Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
