Zhongzhou Assembly Hall, formerly named Henan Academy and Henan Hall, was built by the Henan business group in the mid-Qing Dynasty. It is a gathering place for Henan's businessmen. In 2016, Xiangyang's cultural relics department restored the hall. With an area of 1,270 square meters, the new hall is currently half open to citizens and tourists.
The restoration of Xiaojiangxi Assembly Hall, another assembly hall nearby, has been completed, the acceptance inspection is under way, and the hall is expected to open soon.
