On the morning of January 18, the opening ceremony of the Jingdong-Wendong Expressway in Pu'er City was held, marking the end of Jingdong County's history of no expressway.
Jingdong Yi Autonomous County is located in the northern mountainous area of Pu'er City. The Jingdong-Wendong Expressway was completed and opened to traffic (trial operation), a solid step taken in cracking the traffic bottleneck that has plagued Jingdong for many years.
