
BEIJING, March 4 (Xinhua) -- Following are the schedules for the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and the second session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Tuesday.
NPC:
-- The NPC annual session will open at 9 a.m. at the Great Hall of the People. Premier Li Keqiang will deliver a report on the government work.
NPC deputies will examine a report on the implementation of the 2018 plan for national economic and social development, and on the 2019 draft plan for national economic and social development.
The deputies will also examine a report on the implementation of the central and local budgets for 2018, and on the draft plan of central and local budgets for 2019.
The opening will be broadcast live via the China Media Group. Major news portals will also provide live coverage of the event.
