Following are the schedules for the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and the second session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Sunday.

NPC:

-- NPC delegations will hold a plenary meeting to deliberate the draft foreign investment law in the morning. They will continue the deliberation on the draft in the afternoon in panel discussions.

CPPCC:

-- Members of the 13th CPPCC National Committee will attend panel meetings to study General Secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Xi Jinping's instructions on strengthening and improving the work of the CPPCC in the morning. They will also discuss their political consultative work based on the work report of the CPPCC National Committee Standing Committee and the CPPCC National Committee's plan for consultation work in 2019.

-- The national political advisors will hold a plenary meeting in the afternoon, when some of them will deliver speeches.

-- The media center for the second session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee will hold a press briefing on political advisors' performance of duties in the new era in the morning.
