JINAN, March 29 (Xinhua) -- Inspur Electronic Information Industry Co., Ltd., a leading server manufacturer in China and listed arm of IT company Inspur Group Co., Ltd., said Friday that it posted 84.17 percent year-on-year revenue growth in 2018.
In its annual financial results filed to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Inspur Information said its revenue reached around 46.94 billion yuan (nearly 6.98 billion U.S. dollars) last year.
In addition, its net profit attributable to shareholders increased by 54.05 percent year on year to about 658.6 million yuan.
In 2018, the sales of its servers and related components stood at about 46.7 billion yuan, up 85.2 percent year on year.
It said the market share of its AI server reached 51.4 percent in the first half of 2018, ranking first in domestic industry.
Shares of Inspur Information closed 5.13 percent higher at 25 yuan Friday in Shenzhen, as the Shenzhen Composite Index gained 3.77 percent to close around 9,906.86.
