
The Conference on Asian Civilizations Dialogue (CDAC) kicked off in Beijing this week, welcoming officials and experts to join six parallel sub-forums around the theme of Asian civilization exchanges and mutual understanding. People’s Daily Online caught up with global activist, international lawyer, political-economist and author Laurence Brahm, Senior International Fellow at the Center for China and Globalization, Founding Director, Himalayan Consensus, to find out his views on the conference, and what culture and diversity mean to him.
