

In the first quarter of 2019, Pu’er registered a GDP of RMB 14.914 billion, posting an increase of 13.0%, which is 3.3 percentage points higher than the provincial average and 6.6 percentage points higher than the national average, thereby ranking second in the province.
Meanwhile, the quantum of value addition of the city’s industries increased by 20.9% year-on-year, making the city rank fourth in Yunnan Province.
