

Yunnan Province has permitted 71 enterprises to use geographical indication (GI) marks on their Pu’er tea products. Among them, 64 enterprises hail from Pu’er City, accounting for 90% of the total enterprises approved by the province. It has elevated Pu’er to the top slot in terms of the total number of enterprises approved to use GI marks.
