Let’s follow Max Silk, winner of “When Koala Meets Panda” 2018 China-Australia Short Video Contest, to explore Hainan province – Hawaii of China, and find the hidden gems in this the beautiful island.

After visiting the Wugong Ancestral Hall in Haikou, Max started his journey in Wenchang, where his friend, Xiaoxiao from Belarus also joined him. Together they explored the city with a lot of fun, learning how to make local snacks in a museum of coconut, experiencing the leisurely life of the locals on the old street and praying for good fortune and luck at the Wenchang Confucius Temple.
