
BEIJING, Aug. 27 -- The Global Lawyers Forum will be held on Dec. 9 and 10 in Guangzhou, south China's Guangdong Province, according to the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) on Tuesday.
Hosted by the association, the forum centers on the progress of science and technology and legal services, aiming to enhance the exchanges and cooperation between the lawyers' circles of China and the world.
Six sub-forums will be held focusing on the Belt and Road Initiative and legal services, international trade and compliance, cross-border investment and mergers and more.
Around 600 lawyers, judicial department officials and experts from home and abroad are expected to attend the forum, said the ACLA.
