
BEIJING, Sept. 12 -- Chinese President Xi Jinping has appointed three new ambassadors in accordance with a decision by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, according to a statement from the national legislature Thursday.
Zhang Hanhui was appointed ambassador to Russia, replacing Li Hui.
Li Jiming was appointed ambassador to Bangladesh, replacing Zhang Zuo.
Lei Kezhong was appointed ambassador to Lesotho, replacing Sun Xianghua.
