Recently, the State Council officially agreed to expand the opening-up of the Yunnan Mengkang Highway Port. After the expansion of the opening-up of the Mengkang Highway Port, the personnel, goods and vehicles of the third country can enter china through the port after going through the relevant procedures. At the same time, the expansion of the opening-up of the Fukang Highway Port will play an active role in promoting the scale of the flow of population, logistics, capital and information, and further advance the opening-up of Pu'er City.

The Mengkang Port is located at the border between China and Laos in Kangping Town, Jiangcheng County, Pu'er City. It is a national first-class port.
