As China has been making all-out efforts to contain the novel coronavirus, UNICEF Representative to China, Cynthia McCaffrey, has recorded a video to convey solidarity with all the people of China affected by COVID-19 on behalf of UNICEF. In the video, Mrs. McCaffrey expresses appreciation for the Chinese government’s efforts to address the outbreak and admiration for the heroic efforts of those working tirelessly to save lives. She expressed UNICEF’s support together with the WHO and other UN agencies for the Chinese people in the battle against the epidemic. Above is the full video.
