
BEIJING, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) -- A total of 24 COVID-19 patients were discharged from hospitals after recovery on the Chinese mainland Friday, the National Health Commission said in a daily report Saturday.
There were 230 confirmed cases still being treated, including one in severe condition, the report showed.
As of Friday, the Chinese mainland had reported a total of 89,887 confirmed COVID-19 cases, among whom 85,021 had been discharged from hospitals after recovery and 4,636 died of the disease.
