College graduate launches organic agricultural cooperative in hometownBEIJING, June 3 -- China's minister of Public Security Guo Shengkun Tuesday held talks with Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sar Kheng on boosting security cooperation.
Guo, also a state councilor, said China and Cambodia have conducted fruitful cooperation on combating telecom fraud, hunting for those who have fled abroad and enhancing law enforcement, in recent years.
He said he hoped the two sides would implement the consensus reached by both leaders and strengthen coordination on anti-terrorism, network security and other issues.
After the talks, the two sides signed an action plan on cross-border crime for the next five years.
Sar Kheng is on a five-day visit at the invitation of Guo.
